We have migrated all Newspaper TV Magazine channel guide scans. We have also added several new scans including Hamilton Spectator, The London Free Press, The Sudbury Star, The Vancouver Sun and The Nugget among others.
Mobile Optimization

We are now optimizing the site for mobile browsers. Vintage channel guides will now only display channel number and channel name when in portrait mode. Visitors can see all data when viewing in landscape mode. Desktop visitors will need to have a window size greater than 750 pixels to see complete table.

Migration Update

During September, the landing page was built to keep visitors informed about new cable guide additions, new TV Guide cover scans, and new TV Guide channel listing scans. The slideshows have also been designed to display Fall Preview covers during September and Christmas and holiday-themed covers during December. The main page now also features three TV Guide covers that correspond to the current day.
Calgary channel guides

We now feature channel guides from Calgary Cable TV and Rogers Cable Calgary. Both systems were absorbed by Shaw Cable in the 1990s.
Alphastar Guides
September 13, 2026
We now feature channel guides from Alphastar, a very short-lived satellite service. Initially serving U.S. customers, Alphastar expanded to Canada just a few months before declaring bankruptcy. The service did not provide Canadian customers with access to channels that were not authorized for distribution in Canada, so its channel offerings were very similar to those available through traditional cable systems at the time. Rather than relying on the more familiar border stations, such as those from Detroit, the service used the Satellite Primetime 24 package.

Expanded Logo gallery

This site now features an expanded logo gallery, divided into four distinct galleries: Canadian Broadcast, American Broadcast, Canadian Specialty, and American Specialty. These galleries can be accessed from the History section. Please note that the galleries are not yet complete, so some broken links may appear.
Digital Cable lineups
